Job Summary:
Medical College  is seeking a qualified and dedicated Assistant Professor of Biochemistry to join our faculty team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching biochemistry to medical students, conducting research, and contributing to the academic and research goals of the institution. This role involves delivering lectures, supervising lab work, and mentoring students in biochemistry-related projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach and develop undergraduate and postgraduate courses in biochemistry, including lectures, laboratory sessions, and exams.
• Guide students in their understanding of biochemical concepts, with a focus on medical and clinical applications.
• Conduct and publish original research in biochemistry and pursue external funding opportunities.
• Supervise student research projects, theses, and dissertations, providing mentorship and support for academic growth.
• Participate in academic advising and curriculum development to enhance the biochemistry program.
• Collaborate with faculty on interdisciplinary research projects and educational initiatives.
• Maintain biochemistry lab resources, ensuring safety, compliance, and effective operation of lab equipment.
